It’s Like Forgetting to Breathe

I tend to forget things that are really important and/or affecting me a whole lot. Stuff’s easy to forget, is all!

Here’s on: Today, I went for a walk for the first time in over a week and just had a flood of ideas come to me, whereas this past week I’d been pacing around going crazy, all because of the blessing of Air Conditioning. Well god damn! Go outside and walk around!

I don’t know if it’s the fresh air, change of environment, abundance of alien stimuli, or all of the above, but going for a walk outside has some kind of metapsychic benefit. I’m not into woo in any capacity, but the stuff is science stuff! Go walk around outside barefoot and feel your society-related pressures fall away and your creative energies come to high tide!

Moral of the story is that I need to remember to do these little therapeutic routines. They keep your mind in shape, just like good meals and exercise. (I learned today that theraputic is spelled therapeutic, with a “peu”. Weird)
